Reminders

1. When you arrive please let the Admission Table know you are a coach. The Coaches' sign-in will be in the gym next to the Score Table.
2. Hand in scratches to the Score Table as soon as you have one.
3. Coaches’ meetings will be held 5 minutes before Introductions.
4. Please line up your gymnasts in front of their first event for Introductions.
5. A helper will be at the floor music table. You should have your device ready before getting to the floor. Make sure your volume is all of the way up on your device.
6. You may submit a score inquiry for .10 or less needed for a Regional score. You must submit it to Judy within 5 minutes of the end of the event.
7. Awards will be on the spring floor in each gym right after each session.
8. Please remind gymnasts that food and drink are NOT allowed on the floor carpet. It would be best if they can put their gym bags alongside the floor during awards.
9. Remember to follow the USAG professional apparel rules for State meets. (ch. 1, pg. 22) (Athletic shoes, Athletic or casual pants (no jeans), Collared or t-shirts, No hats/visors)
10. The Coaches Hospitality room will be open at all times. It is in the front of the facility, off the main hallway.
11. Please make sure your gymnasts’ parents and siblings do not enter the competition area at any time.
12. Make sure to register and pay for your Regional entries by Monday, April 11.
13. Please see Jane (Meet Director) with questions or concerns at any time during the weekend.
